The work inhabits the uneasy distance between protection and confinement. Memory remains, but not intact. Something has been obscured; something else has begun to awaken. The painting does not resolve that tension. It asks the viewer to remain within it—where shelter may become blindness, loss may become recognition, and silence may hold the first sign of return.
Created in 2022, Paradoja No. 1 extends the psychological and spiritual passage of La Parábola without closing its meaning. It is an invitation to encounter the work slowly, at the threshold between what has been forgotten and what is beginning to see.
