I am Abisay Puentes, a Cuban-American symbolist artist.

Here you will find La Parábola — the universe where I have devoted more than thirty years of my life to building a body of work that explores the deepest questions of human existence:

identity, faith, anguish, brokenness, memory, and the fragile possibility of awakening.

My painting and my music are not meant to entertain you. They are meant to unsettle you, to accompany you, to offer a mirror in which you may confront what you are, what you have forgotten, and what the world has tried to silence within you.

For me, art is not decoration. It is confession — a restrained cry. A spiritual pulse, a resonance of the soul that insists on being heard. If you choose to enter, you will not simply see images. You will step into an experience — an intimate ceremony between color, sound, and consciousness. An invitation to rediscover your own question in the echo of the canvas. A threshold toward inner awakening.
