Thank you for supporting original art.

Because artwork is unique and often made, prepared, or packaged with special handling, all sales are handled with care and reviewed individually where appropriate.

 

1. Original Artworks (Final Sale)

All original artwork sales are generally final.

We do not accept returns or refunds for original artworks due to change of mind, buyer's remorse, or subjective preference after delivery.

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at abisayart@gmail.com.

Please include your order information, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the artwork and packaging.

 

3. Condition for Claims

To help process shipping damage claims, buyers may be asked to retain original packaging materials, provide photos of the outer packaging and internal protection, and cooperate with carrier/insurance documentation if required.

 

4. Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

 

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return/refund is due to an error on our part or an approved damage/defect claim.

 

6. Prints / Limited Editions / Custom Items

Return eligibility for prints, limited editions, or custom/personalized works may differ depending on the item and whether it was made to order.

If applicable, item-specific terms will be stated on the product page.

 

7. Non-Returnable Cases (Examples)

This policy applies to orders delivered within the United States. Buyers are responsible for providing a valid U.S. delivery address where applicable.
