Thank you for collecting artwork from Abisay Puentes Art.

Each work is prepared and handled with care. Because original artworks and limited editions may require different levels of packaging, handling, and delivery coordination, shipping timelines and methods vary depending on the type of piece purchased.

1. Shipping Origin

Orders ship from New York, United States.

2. Delivery Territory

At this time, artwork deliveries are available within the United States only.

If a buyer is located outside the United States and wishes to purchase a work, the buyer must provide a valid U.S. delivery address and arrange receipt within the United States.

We do not currently offer direct international shipping for original artworks.

3. Processing and Preparation Time

Please allow time for preparation, inspection, packaging, and handling before shipment.

Original artworks: preparation times vary depending on size, framing, and packing requirements.
Prints and limited editions: preparation times vary depending on production, signing, and packaging needs.

Estimated preparation times may be shown on the product page when available or confirmed by email after purchase or inquiry.

4. Small Works, Prints, and Standard Shipments

Smaller original works, prints, and selected standard shipments are sent through professional tracked carriers.

For eligible works, shipping costs may be calculated at checkout.

Tracking information is provided once the order has shipped.

5. Large Original Works and Individually Coordinated Delivery

Large original works, higher-value pieces, and works requiring special handling are shipped through individually coordinated delivery arrangements.

Transportation costs are quoted separately based on destination, packaging, handling, and delivery requirements.

Because each artwork may require a different level of handling, packaging, and delivery coordination, collectors are encouraged to contact us directly regarding availability and shipping arrangements. This allows us to confirm the most appropriate process for each work.

6. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

When available, shipments are sent with tracking.

For selected works, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.

7. Transit Protection

Transit protection is coordinated according to the shipping method selected for each work.

Protection and shipping arrangements vary depending on the carrier, destination, artwork size, and service level chosen for the piece.

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and artwork immediately, keep all packaging materials, and contact us promptly at abisayart@gmail.com.

8. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier and begin after the work has shipped, not during preparation or processing.

Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external circumstances are outside our control.

9. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and correct before submitting your order or confirming shipment details.

We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the buyer.

10. Local Delivery / Handover in New York

Local delivery or handoff in New York may be available by request for selected works.

This will be coordinated directly and confirmed case by case.
