One day, my professor told me, "Write a story." I wrote a parable, and in the next class, when I showed it to him, he said, "Now I want you to paint ten paintings about this parable." I created much more than ten. All my work came from that parable. The parable is a story that grows with each stage of my life; it’s an unfinished story because I’m still creating it. In it, I narrate my experience of being born and raised in a communist country with a dictatorship in power, and my life as an immigrant. All the paintings are coded, and their meanings are encrypted in the parable. Initially, the parable was a small story; today, it is a series of unpublished poems.

In the series "Imposibilitado," I explore the depths of the human condition using acrylic on canvas. Inspired by my personal experiences, these paintings express my struggle against internal and external limitations that hinder our deepest desires and goals. My work is a symbiotic blend of painting and music; each piece is accompanied by a soundscape I compose, essential for the full emotional and spiritual experience. Appreciating my painting without the music is an incomplete experience, as both elements support and enhance each other.
